About the role

Royal Sky Group is seeking a Business Consultant to join its consulting and training division. The role involves advising clients on strategic direction, performance improvement and organizational growth across the UAE and Gulf region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on strategic decisions and business challenges.
• Assess client operations, goals and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and present data‑driven recommendations to enhance efficiency, profitability or growth.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and strategy sessions with client executives.
• Translate complex analysis into actionable plans and support implementation of initiatives.
• Monitor results and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, business advisory or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities with the ability to convert insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Capacity to deliver high‑quality advisory content and support implementation.
