Business Developer – Facility Management (3 yrs exp)

About the role

EFMS Co is seeking a proactive Business Developer to expand its facility management portfolio across commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, retail, and hospitality sectors. You will identify new opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and drive contract closures.

Key responsibilities

• Research market trends and competitor offerings in hard and soft facility management services.
• Generate leads through outreach, referrals, tenders, and networking with property owners, developers, asset managers, corporate and government clients.
• Respond to RFPs/RFQs, coordinate with operations, finance and technical teams to craft competitive proposals, pricing models, SLAs and contract terms.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships, conduct site visits and presentations, and ensure smooth handover to operations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets, lead negotiations and close new contracts.
• Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities for additional FM services and support contract renewals.
• Ensure proposals comply with regulatory, safety, ISO, HSE and sustainability standards.
• Track KPIs, prepare forecasts and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Represent EFMS Co at industry events and strengthen brand positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales or related roles.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Facility Management Services sector.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
