Business Development Manager – Construction & Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the construction and fit‑out market in Egypt. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, managing the tender process, and securing contracts across commercial, hospitality and retail projects.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and secure new construction and fit‑out business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, contractors and PMCs.
• Manage tenders, RFQs and project acquisition from lead generation to contract award.
• Coordinate with technical, estimation and procurement teams during proposal preparation.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support contract finalisation.
• Achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in business development, commercial sales or project acquisition within construction or fit‑out companies.
• Strong network in the Egyptian real‑estate and construction market.
• Experience with commercial buildings, administrative projects, hospitality, retail and fit‑out works.
• Good understanding of tenders, BOQs, contracts and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication, networking and closing abilities.
