About the role
The Business Development Manager will focus on driving revenue growth by selling foreign exchange (FX) products and services. This position requires strong expertise in Forex sales, client relationship management, and market analysis to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the CFD & FX market, leveraging an established IB & CPA Partners network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, delivering tailored FX solutions.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets for FX products while ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of FX market trends, competitor activities, and product offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate terms, and keep accurate records of sales activities.
- Provide regular performance reports to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the FX or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the FX market and related products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, both independently and within a team.
