Business Development Manager

About the role

Stitch® is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its on‑site team in Heliopolis. You will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and forging long‑term relationships with both prospective and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new business prospects.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations that align with client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to tailor solutions.
• Track performance against sales targets, provide accurate forecasts, and report on pipeline health.
• Represent Stitch® at industry events, meetings, and client visits to strengthen market presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within technology, SaaS, or AI‑driven solutions.
• Strong prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and deal‑closing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to conduct market analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Interest in AI, customer experience technologies, and digital transformation.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Heliopolis and travel for client meetings or events.
