Business Development Manager

About the role

VALIDA is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Giza market. This full‑time hybrid position combines prospecting, client relationship management and strategic planning to expand the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new B2B business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report performance metrics to leadership.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide insights to refine offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management in a B2B environment.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience in sales reporting and forecasting.
