Business Development & Solutions Specialist – KSA

About the role

almentor is seeking a Business Development & Solutions Specialist to support its KSA team. Based in Cairo, you will work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager – KSA to develop opportunities, design solutions, and manage commercial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support KSA opportunities from qualification through proposal and commercial preparation.
• Research target accounts, sectors, stakeholders, government initiatives, tenders and market opportunities.
• Translate client needs into structured learning and capability‑building solutions across almentor’s portfolio.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, concept notes, business cases, pricing scenarios and commercial offers.
• Coordinate internally with Product, Content, Customer Success, Project Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Technology and Operations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, opportunity tracking and weekly reporting for KSA.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Presales, Solution Development, Enterprise Sales Support, Consulting, EdTech, HRTech, SaaS, L&D or Digital Transformation.
• Strong experience preparing proposals, presentations and commercial offers for B2B or B2G opportunities.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, with strong written English.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into practical, commercially viable solutions.
• Good understanding of pricing, business cases and CRM systems.
