Business Development Specialist – Construction

About the role

Cairo Contracting Company is seeking a full‑time Business Development Specialist to join its team in Heliopolis. The role focuses on expanding the company’s footprint in the construction and renewable energy sectors by identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Research market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and networking.
• Develop and present business proposals in collaboration with internal technical and project teams.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM tools.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and results.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within construction or renewable energy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
