Business Development Supervisor – Cosmetics

About the role

The Business Development Supervisor will drive new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships for EVA Cosmetics. This role focuses on both local and multinational clients, ensuring seamless project execution from proposal to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with local and multinational clients.
• Increase revenue from existing customers while attracting new ones.
• Monitor industry trends and customer drivers, meeting regularly with stakeholders to shape strategy.
• Collaborate with legal to revise toll/private‑label manufacturing agreements.
• Work with regulatory to track product registration status under agreements.
• Prepare offers, negotiate deals, and manage the complete product file across relevant departments.
• Conduct critical‑path analysis to monitor project phases until product delivery.
• Assess resource needs for new projects, including machinery, manpower, and lab instruments.
• Oversee social‑media pages and recommend enhancements for brand visibility.
• Create promotional materials to attract new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Biotechnology.
• 5–7 years progressive experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
• Proven experience in toll manufacturing and managing third‑party manufacturing operations.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Highly organized with strong decision‑making and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
