Business Development – Voice Chat Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development professional to drive agency and supporter acquisition for our live voice‑chat and entertainment platform. You will build and nurture relationships that expand our user base and increase platform revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and build relationships with potential agencies, supporters, and diamond agents to secure cooperation on the platform.
• Promote ongoing recruitment, develop strategies to maintain and grow the number of agencies and supporters.
• Identify and invite new supporters who can purchase on the platform, improving retention rates.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor performance metrics of agencies and supporters.
• Contribute positively to team dynamics and overall organizational goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, talent or agency coordination, preferably within the entertainment industry.
• Familiarity with social and voice‑chat applications, especially those popular in the Middle East.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle diverse situations patiently and flexibly.
• Self‑disciplined, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
