Business Intelligence Analyst II

About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst II will manage and optimise data systems using Microsoft SQL, Python and BI tools to deliver scalable, automated solutions. You will design data models, maintain reporting infrastructure and turn business needs into actionable insights while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ETL processes, stored procedures and database objects for reporting and analysis.
• Build and manage scalable data solutions across multiple platforms, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and deliver BI solutions using SQL and Power BI.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for data‑warehouse design and reporting automation.
• Monitor, optimise and automate data processes and reporting cycles.
• Maintain ticketing systems and resolve data‑related requests within SLA targets.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives, analysing trends and contributing to DMAIC sessions.
• Participate in agile teams, cross‑functional meetings and change‑management activities.
• Promote BI adoption, share knowledge across departments and act as a liaison between business and data teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in database analysis, reporting and BI development using SQL, Power BI and Excel, preferably in a call‑center or workforce‑management environment.
• Strong collaboration and mentorship skills, with the ability to support team members as needed.
