Business Intelligence Developer II

About the role

The Business Intelligence Developer II will design, develop and maintain data solutions that support reporting and analytics across the organization. Using Microsoft SQL Server, Python and Power BI, the role ensures scalable, automated BI delivery that turns business needs into actionable insights. The position works closely with cross‑functional teams to optimize data processes and drive data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ETL pipelines, stored procedures and database objects for reporting and analysis.
• Build and manage scalable data solutions on multiple platforms while ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Gather business requirements and deliver BI solutions using SQL and Power BI.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for data warehouse design and reporting automation.
• Monitor, optimize and automate data processes and reporting cycles.
• Maintain ticketing systems and resolve data‑related requests within SLA.
• Participate in agile teams, cross‑functional meetings and change‑management activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field (or in progress).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in database analysis, reporting and BI development, preferably in a call‑center or WFM environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, data modeling (star/snowflake, OLAP) and Excel.
• Proficiency in English and solid communication skills.

• Power BI with DAX.

• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google BigQuery.

• PowerApps, Flow, Visual Basic, Macros.
