Business Intelligence Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to design, build and maintain data pipelines and reporting solutions that support data‑driven decision making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise ETL processes and data pipelines for large‑scale data sources.
• Design dimensional models (star and snowflake schemas) and implement data‑warehousing solutions.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Deliver automated, self‑service reporting capabilities and ensure data quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering or a related role.
• Proven ability to deliver reporting and analytics solutions in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams.
