Business Monitoring & Competitive Advantage Specialist

About the role

The Business Monitoring & Competitive Advantage (BMCA) Specialist drives operational excellence and monitors program quality across Patient Support Programs. The role oversees performance tracking, leads analytical reviews, and supports both internal and external reporting to enhance competitive advantage and access impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of internal and external audits, from notification to closure, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Validate audit responses, CAPAs and supporting documentation, and coordinate corrective actions with internal stakeholders.
• Perform trend analysis of audit findings to identify recurring risks and system‑level gaps.
• Supervise real‑time tracking of patient progress and logistics using the Patient Management System.
• Prepare and validate monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc reports for internal use and client submissions.
• Support quality‑assurance initiatives, adverse event reporting, and SOP development.
• Mentor junior team members and represent the BMCA unit in cross‑functional initiatives.
• Monitor training completion (pharmacovigilance, product, compliance) and contribute to risk‑mitigation mechanisms.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, preferably with audit or data‑monitoring exposure.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication and networking abilities.
• Experience in coordinating logistics or supply‑chain activities is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours as required.
