Business Teacher (Postsecondary AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced post‑secondary business instructors to help shape AI’s understanding of core business concepts. Your classroom expertise will directly influence how AI explains and applies topics such as strategy, management, operations and finance. The role is fully remote, flexible and contract‑based.

Key responsibilities

• Design and review business questions, case studies and scenarios used to train AI systems.
• Evaluate AI‑generated business content for accuracy, clarity and real‑world relevance.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations and examples.
• Apply teaching experience to validate complex scenarios and edge cases.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project milestones.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations and finance.
• Able to clearly articulate and evaluate business reasoning in written form.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• No prior AI experience required – subject‑matter expertise is key.
• Nice to have a master’s degree in business, management or a related field.
