C1 English Cold Caller (Hybrid, Maadi)

About the role

FlairsTech is looking for fluent C1‑level English speakers to join its outbound sales team in a hybrid capacity. Based in Qesm El Maadi, you will make high‑volume calls to prospects and existing customers, presenting the company’s technology services and qualifying leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls following structured scripts and maintain a professional telephone etiquette.
• Update CRM records and document call outcomes accurately after each interaction.
• Collaborate with sales and customer‑experience teams to schedule follow‑up meetings and provide market feedback.
• Meet daily call targets while adhering to quality and compliance standards.
• Maintain a positive, service‑oriented communication style throughout all contacts.

Required profile

• Excellent C1‑level English communication skills, both spoken and listening.
• Proven experience in outbound calling, telesales, or customer support with high call volumes.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Resilient, goal‑oriented mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work hybrid, manage time effectively and achieve performance targets.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience using call‑center software.
• Basic data‑entry and documentation skills.
