About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our banking customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing accurate information on banking products and ensuring a smooth, satisfying experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide clear and accurate details about banking products and services.
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Work rotational shifts to cover the call center’s operating hours.
Required profile
- Graduates (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Excellent command of English (very good to excellent).
- Resident of Cairo or Giza.
- Willingness to work flexible, rotational shifts.
