Call Center Customer Service Representative – Fresh Graduate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our call centre team in New Cairo. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions while delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Register customer requests in the system and maintain accurate customer data.
• Escalate complaints to the appropriate contact‑center teams.
• Follow up tickets until requests and complaints are fully resolved.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and support outbound call campaigns.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English (very good to excellent).
• Bachelor’s degree (graduates only).
• Good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications.

What we offer
