Call Center Customer Service Representative – Fresh Graduate

About the role
We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our call centre team in New Cairo. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions while delivering a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Register customer requests in the system and maintain accurate customer data.
- Escalate complaints to the appropriate contact‑center teams.
- Follow up tickets until requests and complaints are fully resolved.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and support outbound call campaigns.
Required profile
- Excellent command of English (very good to excellent).
- Bachelor’s degree (graduates only).
- Good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications.

What we offer
- On‑site work at Cairo Festival Mall, New Cairo.
- Rotational shifts with the last shift ending at 11:00 PM.
- Six working days per week with one rotating day off.
- Net monthly salary of 11,000 EGP.
