Call Center Representative – Telesales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team in Giza. As a Telesales Specialist, you will engage both potential and existing clients over the phone, understand their training needs, and promote our diverse portfolio of language, administrative, and technical programs.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify leads through outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate training solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on leads and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse client interactions.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
• Familiarity with training programs is an advantage.
• Team player who can prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
