About the role
Terra Solutions is looking for a motivated Call Center Specialist to join its on‑site team. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound interactions while delivering professional and efficient service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and initiate outbound calls to address customer inquiries.
- Resolve issues, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of each interaction in the company’s CRM system.
- Utilise call‑center technology and tools to manage call flow and improve service efficiency.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet client needs and service targets.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Graduates preferred; prior call‑center or customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency with modern customer‑service tools and systems.
