CAPEX Associate Manager

About the role

The CAPEX Associate Manager will lead end‑to‑end capital expenditure initiatives for Kraft Heinz’s 6 October factory, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. This role combines project execution, cost control and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, execute and monitor capital projects from scope development through close‑out.
• Perform cost estimation, cost control and cash‑flow forecasting for all CAPEX initiatives.
• Generate purchase orders for capital projects using the SRM system.
• Produce regular project status reports, highlighting trends and recommending actions.
• Ensure all projects comply with HSE requirements and applicable Egyptian codes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to develop engineering designs and obtain necessary permits.
• Conduct feasibility studies for manufacturing and operational improvements.
• Maintain monthly statistical reports on project spending and performance.
• Support start‑up activities and prepare CAPEX proposals and related documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in capital project management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong command of spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external customers.
• Experience in preparing project budgets, forecasts and compliance reports.
