Cardiologist – Full‑time Clinical Position

About the role

The Cardiologist will join a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care at our Sohag facility. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of heart disease for a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and physical examinations.
• Interpret diagnostic tests such as ECGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic cardiac conditions.
• Coordinate care with other specialists and participate in both inpatient and outpatient services.
• Perform or oversee procedures aligned with subspecialty expertise.
• Provide patient education on lifestyle modification and risk‑factor management.
• Maintain accurate medical records and contribute to quality‑improvement activities.
• Adhere to clinical guidelines and take part in case discussions and clinical meetings.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with completed cardiology residency; fellowship in a relevant subspecialty is a plus.
• Current medical licensure or eligibility in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Strong foundation in medicine and cardiology, with expertise in interventional cardiology and vascular care where applicable.
• Competence in nuclear‑medicine cardiovascular diagnostics.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to ethical, patient‑centered practice and continuous professional development.
• Experience in hospital or specialized cardiac‑center settings is highly beneficial.
