Certified Personal Trainer

About the role

Gold’s Gym Egypt is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to join its Maadi or New Cairo locations. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on delivering safe, effective and personalised fitness programmes to members of all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Assess members’ fitness levels and set realistic, measurable goals.
• Design and deliver one‑on‑one and small‑group training sessions tailored to individual objectives.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, monitor progress and provide ongoing motivation.
• Educate members on correct form, basic nutrition principles and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Maintain a professional, safe and motivating environment on the gym floor.
• Collaborate with the gym team to boost member engagement, retention and participation in promotional activities.
• Uphold Gold’s Gym standards of service, professionalism and safety at all times.

Required profile

• Certified Personal Trainer from a recognised organisation.
• Strong knowledge of personal training principles and fitness instruction.
• Ability to create customised workout programmes based on members’ goals.
• Experience in strength, functional, circuit training and group coaching.
• Good understanding of basic nutrition principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a gym or fitness centre preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
