About the role

The Chairman Office Manager ensures the smooth operation of the Chairman’s office, acting as the central hub for scheduling, communication, and document management. This role requires a high level of discretion, organizational excellence, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments and external partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Executive Schedule Management: Organize the Chairman’s appointments, meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel, including site visits.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal departments, managing correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Document & Report Preparation: Prepare presentations, meeting briefs, executive summaries, and official reports; assist in compiling board meeting documents and performance reports.
  • Follow‑up & Project Monitoring: Track implementation of the Chairman’s directives, maintain organized and secure records of sensitive documents.
  • Chairman’s Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, monitor supplies and facilities, ensure proper filing systems and confidentiality protocols, and improve office procedures.
  • Special Assignments: Conduct analytical or research‑based tasks as assigned.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in executive support or office management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive attitude with the capacity to anticipate needs and solve problems.
