Change Management Consultant – Global Talent

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Change Management Consultant to join its Talent & Organization practice. You will work with global clients to design and execute change strategies that enable agile transformation, culture shift, and sustained behavior change.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement change management strategies aligned with stakeholder expectations and business transformation goals.
• Leverage social and digital technologies to enhance communication and engagement during change initiatives.
• Conduct change impact analyses, develop treatment plans, and measure readiness using dedicated platforms.
• Co‑create solutions, facilitate user review sessions, and lead stakeholder agreement meetings.
• Support clients in building internal change capability for agile and digital transformations.
• Guide transitions to new work methodologies through targeted interventions and culture‑focused programs.
• Collaborate with international, cross‑functional teams, using English as the common language.
• Coach junior consultants and contribute to practice‑building activities, including thought leadership in cyber security and intelligent automation.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience in consulting, change management, or related fields.
• Proven experience delivering change initiatives in large‑scale transformation programs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
