Channel Account Manager – Enterprise (Libya & Sudan) – Egypt

About the role

The Channel Account Manager (CAM) will drive Fortinet’s growth in the cybersecurity market by leading enterprise partner relationships across Libya and Sudan from our base in Egypt. You will be responsible for building a strong partner ecosystem, delivering revenue targets, and ensuring partner compliance with Fortinet’s channel programs.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture professional relationships with executives and key personnel at assigned partner accounts.
• Develop and execute partner enablement and growth plans for enterprise partners in the territory.
• Coordinate internal resources—including support, service, and management—to meet partner performance objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce and update them regularly.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
• Lead joint partner planning processes, setting mutual performance objectives and critical milestones such as training and certification.
• Manage potential channel conflicts through clear communication and adherence to Fortinet’s channel guidelines.
• Promote adoption of new Fortinet technologies within the assigned region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel sales and territory management within networking or security sectors.
• Hands‑on experience working with partners or distributors in Libya is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to build business and marketing plans with partners.
• Strong sales forecasting and opportunity‑identification skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Effective presentation abilities and a self‑starter attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
