Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Full-Time, Cairo

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will provide overall financial leadership for Zero Tech, shaping strategy, overseeing accounting, treasury, budgeting, reporting and risk management in a fast‑growing multi‑business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy.
• Advise the CEO and Board on strategic financial decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning.
• Ensure timely financial reporting and compliance with IFRS.
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations and banking relationships.
• Oversee tax compliance and coordinate external audits.
• Strengthen internal controls and risk‑management frameworks.
• Support pricing, profitability analysis and business expansion initiatives.
• Build and lead a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; MBA, CPA, CMA or ACCA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Background in technology, manufacturing, engineering or project‑based businesses is preferred.
• Strategic, analytical, ethical and proactive leadership style.
