Civil Technical Office Engineer – Full-Time

About the role

The Civil Technical Office Engineer will support TBK Developments on its New Cairo projects, ensuring that all civil design documentation is accurate, coordinated and compliant with project standards. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with architects, MEP teams, consultants and contractors throughout the construction phase.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review civil shop drawings and detailed drawings.
• Review structural and civil drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Prepare quantity take‑offs and BOQs.
• Coordinate civil works with architectural, MEP and other disciplines.
• Prepare material submittals, RFIs and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and site teams.
• Resolve technical issues and provide required technical support during execution.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Follow up on drawing approvals and revisions.
• Prepare and maintain as‑built drawings and technical documentation.
• Support project teams during construction and execution phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in Civil Technical Office roles.
• Strong experience preparing and reviewing civil/structural shop drawings.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of BOQs, quantity take‑offs and technical specifications.
• Experience in material submittals, RFIs and technical documentation.
• Strong coordination skills with consultants, contractors and site teams.
• Experience in real estate development, construction or contracting projects (preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
