About the role
The Client Experience Agent (Pharmacist) will be the front‑line representative of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, helpful and professional. You will combine pharmacy knowledge with strong service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues and promote our product range.
Key responsibilities
- Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs and build trust.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints quickly and accurately.
- Collect and analyse client feedback to drive service improvements.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and advise customers on suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to relay client insights.
- Present and sell products, meeting sales targets aligned with company goals.
- Track inventory levels, manage product orders and ensure accurate stock records.
- Perform precise data entry for inventory and customer interactions.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology or a related field.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and multi‑tasking abilities.
- Customer‑service orientation with a proactive attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in English.
What we offer
- Four‑day work week with three days off.
- Working hours from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
