Client Relations & Brand Marketing Internship

About the role

SNAP14 is looking for a motivated Client Relations & Brand Marketing Intern to support our internal team. This learning‑focused position offers insight into how a high‑end creative agency manages VIP clients and luxury brand positioning, without direct client‑facing duties.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research on new and existing clients and prepare briefing documents, backgrounders, and VIP profiles for senior executives.
• Assist with onboarding logistics, including welcome kits, gifting orders, and digital welcome folders.
• Maintain and update the client tracking system/CRM, logging all client interactions.
• Draft, distribute, and compile client satisfaction surveys and help produce quarterly observation reports.
• Track project timelines, flag potential delays, and prepare internal wrap‑up reports.
• Research luxury gifting options, manage vendor communications, track inventory, and prepare gifts for dispatch.
• Support branding and marketing activities such as competitor monitoring, monthly benchmark reports, and supplier coordination for branded items.

Required profile

• Extreme attention to detail – luxury brands demand flawless execution.
• High level of discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential client information.
• Strong research skills and ability to gather accurate data quickly.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple trackers and deadlines.
• Professional written English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Proactive mindset – anticipate problems or opportunities before being asked.
• Genuine interest in luxury, fashion, or beauty markets.
