About the role
HSBC is seeking a Client Service Specialist for its Global Payment Services (GPS) team. The role involves handling client inquiries via phone, email and live chat, ensuring high‑quality service and compliance with service level agreements. French language proficiency is mandatory.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to time‑sensitive, high‑value client queries and escalations.
- Provide end‑to‑end support for complaints, including logging, investigation and resolution.
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage accounts while delivering accurate information.
- Assist the helpdesk with complex issues to improve customer experience and meet audit requirements.
- Support call‑center quality initiatives such as coaching, benchmarking and consistency checks.
- Escalate any transaction or issue that could impact service delivery or result in financial loss.
Required profile
- Fluent in French (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards.
