Key responsibilities

• Engage in advanced patient care, optimizing complex medication regimens and anticipating potential issues.
• Maintain accurate medication records, documenting interventions and outcomes.
• Mentor junior pharmacy staff and students, fostering professional development.
• Participate in therapeutic committees, advising on formulary decisions and guideline development.
• Stay current with pharmaceutical research and disseminate knowledge to the pharmacy and broader hospital staff.
• Provide advanced patient counseling for complex regimens to ensure adherence.
• Contribute to antimicrobial stewardship activities, including regimen reviews and resistance monitoring.
• Oversee quality‑assurance processes and assist in developing medication protocols.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of clinical pharmacy experience.
• Master’s degree in Clinical Pharmacy or a basic PharmD.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
