Cloud and SRE Solution Architect

About the role

Capgemini is seeking a Cloud and SRE Solution Architect to design scalable, secure multi‑cloud solutions and embed Site Reliability Engineering practices across Azure, AWS, and GCP. You will work with platform teams to ensure high availability, resilience, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable architectures on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Lead cloud migration, modernization, and datacenter transformation projects.
• Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Drive incident management, post‑mortems, and root‑cause analysis.
• Automate reliability, capacity, and performance processes using IaC.
• Build observability frameworks (logging, metrics, tracing, alerting) with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic.
• Standardize CI/CD pipelines and implement Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes‑based platforms.
• Optimize cloud resources for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture and reliability engineering.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Relevant cloud architect certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Preferred SRE or DevOps certifications.
