Cluster Lead ELI – Country Manager for Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq & Iran

About the role

The Cluster Lead ELI – Country Manager will serve as the external face of Pfizer across Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq and Iran, engaging senior government, payer, media and industry stakeholders. The role drives business growth, market access and strategic transformation for the Pfizer portfolio in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Pfizer to senior external stakeholders and shape public policy and market environment.
• Lead market access negotiations and align commercial strategies across business units.
• Own P&L, revenue targets and financial discipline for the ELI cluster (USD 190 M budget for 2026).
• Develop and inspire a 350‑plus colleague organization, fostering a “One Pfizer” culture and simplifying processes.
• Prepare markets for product launches and drive growth, targeting USD 159.9 M cluster revenue in 2025.
• Chair industry committees, produce position papers and advocate on behalf of Pfizer.

Required profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑country business units and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong ability to influence government, payer and industry stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to lead transformation initiatives and promote a collaborative culture.
