Cold Caller – Appointment Setter (US Shift)

About the role

Centro is launching a new account and needs energetic cold callers to generate qualified appointments for our sales team. You will work the US shift, contacting prospects during evening hours and setting up meetings that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold‑calls to potential clients in the US market.
• Qualify leads, understand their needs, and schedule appointments for senior sales staff.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM with contact outcomes.
• Achieve daily and weekly KPI targets while adhering to scripts and compliance guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold‑calling or outbound tele‑sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment with clear performance metrics.
• Availability to work the US shift (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM) and weekends off.

• Net monthly compensation up to 24,000 EGP (16,800 EGP basic + 7,200 EGP KPI).
