Commercial Leasing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Commercial Leasing Specialist to drive leasing activities for our commercial portfolio in New Cairo. The role focuses on attracting tenants, negotiating agreements and maximizing occupancy and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential tenants and new business opportunities.
• Manage the full leasing cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
• Conduct property tours and present available commercial spaces.
• Negotiate rental rates, lease terms and commercial agreements.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of units, prospects and leasing activities.
• Monitor market trends, rental rates and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations and Property Management teams to finalize leases.
• Prepare regular leasing reports and support monthly and annual leasing targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in commercial leasing, real estate or property management.
• Strong network within the F&B industry and proven lead‑generation skills.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Target‑oriented with strong follow‑up capabilities.
• Good command of English.
