Communication Engineer – Install & Maintain Marine Equipment

About the role

Marcom Trade is seeking a Communication Engineer to join its team in Suez. You will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining and repairing communication and marine navigation equipment on vessels, ensuring reliable operation and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot and repair communication and marine navigation equipment.
• Perform onboard service and technical tasks independently after completing required training.
• Diagnose equipment faults and determine corrective actions.
• Conduct testing, measurements and equipment inspections following technical procedures.
• Prepare professional service reports and document all work performed onboard.
• Communicate professionally with customers and vessel crew during service activities.
• Follow company technical procedures, safety requirements and service standards.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge through hands‑on experience and company training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn, develop technical skills and work effectively within a team.
• Residency in Suez and readiness to work onboard vessels and travel when required.
