About the role
The Community Specialist ensures smooth operation of community facilities, handles resident inquiries, and supports administrative tasks. This position acts as the primary point of contact for residents, helping to maintain a high level of satisfaction within the community.
Key responsibilities
- Collect maintenance dues, handle letters, and manage garden-related fees.
- Conduct regular inspections of community facilities.
- Address walk‑in client requests, complaints, and queries, resolving issues within SLA timelines.
- Gather information on living zones, products, and services; create analytical reports and highlight gaps.
- Prepare and present reports on near‑miss events and recommended actions.
- Follow up on‑site to ensure completion of corrective actions.
- Provide insights to drive improvements in customer experience.
- Escalate complex resident complaints to management and propose solutions.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve internal issues affecting service quality.
- Perform all community administrative duties.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- 1‑3 years of experience in a similar community or customer‑service role.
- Strong written and spoken English and Arabic proficiency.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
