Construction Manager - Cairo (Night Shifts)

About the role

Innovo Group is looking for a Construction Manager in Cairo who will oversee, coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities. The role ensures the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, and acts as the main point of contact for subcontractors, site staff and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, including resources, subcontractors and materials.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with construction schedules.
• Ensure work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, site diaries and quality documentation.
• Review and approve method statements, material submittals and work inspections.
• Resolve site issues, delays and conflicts, and keep budgets and timelines under control.
• Lead site meetings and communicate with project teams and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management or site supervision.
• Solid knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera.
• Leadership, communication and organisational skills, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
