Construction Manager – Wind Farm Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on‑site activities for a major wind farm development in Egypt’s Red Sea Governorate. This permanent position offers the chance to oversee large‑scale EPC works and ensure safe, timely, and high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, conducting daily and weekly site meetings to align sequencing.
• Oversee on‑site team planning, schedules, rotations, and development.
• Monitor project progress and produce detailed daily and weekly reports for senior management.
• Review subcontractor progress claims, variations, and invoices.
• Assist supervisors in evaluating contractor method statements and technical solutions.
• Represent the company at stakeholder and community meetings, maintaining positive relationships.
• Lead site close‑out, including contractor demobilisation and transition to operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing wind farm construction projects.
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years on EPC projects.
• Expertise across civil, mechanical, and electrical works for large‑scale developments.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Valid driving licence.
