Construction Team Leader – Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

The Construction Team Leader will head a crew of skilled and unskilled workers on a construction site in Ras Al Khaimah. This role ensures that daily activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project plans and schedules, acting as the primary link between the workforce and site management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and allocate tasks to a diverse construction team.
• Ensure work complies with technical drawings, specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor progress against daily and weekly targets and report any delays or issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Maintain tools, equipment and material usage efficiently and ensure proper maintenance.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce compliance with safety procedures.
• Assist in resolving on‑site problems and adjust work plans as needed.
• Coordinate between different trades (civil, MEP, etc.) to prevent conflicts.
• Uphold discipline, productivity and quality standards on the site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials and site operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Knowledge of local safety standards and regulations.
