Content Creator – El Gouna Destination & Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a creative Content Creator to produce engaging, informative and shareable material that promotes El Gouna as a premier destination and real‑estate developer. You will work across social media, newsletters, the company app and website, collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Produce social media stories, posts, reels, videos, infographics and other digital assets for real‑estate projects, events and year‑round destination promotion.
• Conduct interviews and gather content directly from people when needed.
• Stay current with industry trends, new formats and emerging platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics and use data to refine content strategies.
• Write, edit and adapt copy for multiple channels while maintaining tone and brand consistency.
• Manage and update content on the El Gouna app and website.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑5 years of experience in digital content creation, preferably within an agency or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of content formats.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
