Content Creator (Reels Creator)

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt is a leading online marketplace for buying and selling in the region, part of the Dubizzle Group which has eight brands and more than 160 million monthly users. As a Reels Creator, you create engaging, platform-native short-form video content from concept to final edit to strengthen brand presence, increase engagement and deliver fresh, relevant content across social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce Reels and short-form videos aligned with the brand's content strategy and tone of voice.
• Shoot and edit high-quality social content for Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Turn briefs, trends and business messages into simple, creative video concepts relevant to the audience.
• Follow social media trends, formats, sounds and editing styles to keep content fresh and platform-native.
• Handle basic production requirements including framing, lighting, audio and mobile-first shooting.
• Edit videos with strong pacing, transitions, subtitles, music and simple motion elements where needed.
• Collaborate with the Social Media, Content and Design teams to develop and execute content ideas.
• Adapt content based on performance insights and feedback to improve engagement and watch time.
• Manage multiple content requests while meeting agreed timelines and keeping quality consistent.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, Design or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in reel creation, short-form video production, social media content creation or a similar role.
• A portfolio of relevant work is required.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok and short-form content trends, and basic knowledge of social media performance and audience behavior.
• Creative, trend-aware, proactive, detail-oriented, fast-paced, collaborative and comfortable experimenting with new content formats.

Required skills

• Video shooting and editing, mobile-first content creation and strong visual storytelling.
• Basic lighting and audio.
• Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
• Minor graphic design knowledge and basic design skills with Canva, Photoshop or similar are a plus.
