Contract Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Specialist to support our hospitality operations by managing contract loading, rate updates and related communications. The role ensures accurate contract data, assists hotels with extra net issues and handles booking investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Load contracts, rates and promotions into the system.
• Check received contracts to ensure all required information is present.
• Communicate with contract managers to resolve missing or unclear information.
• Update stop‑sale status on contracts.
• Perform QC/QA on contract loading to achieve accurate data entry.
• Handle booking issues and conduct investigations.
• Assist hotels with Extra Net requests.
• Verify that rates are correctly updated on the call centre.
• Follow up on pending communications and ensure clear understanding of requests.
• Manage daily communications received in the generic mailbox.
• Process business partner requests in the system with immediate effect.
• Respond to supplier email inquiries and requirements.
• Make regular follow‑up to obtain incomplete information.
• Handle other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Send daily task reports to line managers.

Required profile

• High school graduate or bachelor's degree.
• 0–1 year experience in the tourism industry.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent command of the English language.
