Contracts Manager – EPC Energy & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract management for large‑scale EPC Energy and Infrastructure projects across Egypt and abroad. The role involves overseeing the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and protecting commercial interests while supporting project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle for EPC projects, from drafting to close‑out.
• Draft, review, negotiate and administer contracts, sub‑contracts and claims.
• Ensure contractual compliance and mitigate commercial and legal risks.
• Lead negotiations with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Support project teams on variations, extensions of time and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with technical, procurement, commercial and legal teams throughout execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contracts management within EPC projects.
• Proven track record on large‑scale Energy, Power, Utilities or Infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel and support overseas assignments.
