Contracts Specialist

About the role

The Contracts Specialist supports the Real Estate Sales Department by ensuring sales contracts are accurately prepared, reviewed, and finalized on time. You will act as the liaison between sales, finance, and customers to keep the contract process smooth and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with the Sales Department on newly closed transactions after down‑payment receipt and reservation signing.
• Contact newly reserved customers to schedule appointments, collect checks and documentation, and guarantee contract completion within the agreed timeframe.
• Select the correct contract template and populate all required details, including customer data, unit information, payment schedule, and delivery date.
• Coordinate with Finance to confirm down‑payment collection before contract approval.
• Gather, review, and submit contract‑related documents for manager approval; track until contracts are signed.
• Handle amendment requests, unit transfer procedures, and reservation cancellations.
• Update contract status in the CRM system and provide sales support with financial and delivery data.
• Notify sales managers of grace‑period expirations and verify contract wording accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of applicable laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
