Control & Automation Technical Leader

About the role

We are seeking a senior technical leader to drive the execution of digital systems projects in New Cairo. You will own the full technical lifecycle, from award to project close, ensuring solutions meet cost, schedule, and quality targets across automation, infrastructure, and cybersecurity domains.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the end‑to‑end technical scope for digital systems projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through specification, design, supplier coordination, implementation, testing and acceptance.
• Identify technical risks early and optimise solution proposals for automation, control and digital infrastructure.
• Report progress, challenges and outcomes to stakeholders and maintain full accountability for technical delivery.

• Proven leadership experience guiding technical teams on complex projects.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinking to balance cost, time and quality considerations.
