Control Tower Executive – Logistics Customer Service

About the role

The Control Tower Executive – Logistics Customer Service is responsible for monitoring performance metrics across logistics, transportation and warehousing to ensure customer deliverables are met. This role creates and maintains operational dashboards, validates data, and communicates performance insights to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update operational dashboards tracking KPIs and daily performance.
• Prepare and distribute dashboard reports to support operations monitoring.
• Validate dashboard data using Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS) and other operational records.
• Identify performance gaps, highlight issues and escalate observations to the supervisor.
• Share dashboard summaries and performance reports with internal stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain shipment and exception tracking dashboards to provide Control Tower visibility.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to collect required data for dashboard updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service within logistics or a related environment.
• Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong time‑management, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle difficult or angry customers and produce business‑level written communications.
