About the role
We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our team as a Coordinator. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop administrative expertise while supporting daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration tasks
- Organise and maintain files and documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Prepare reports, letters and presentations
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist in data entry and record keeping
- Support team members with administrative duties
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
Required profile
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
